Leading government-owned organisation in the aviation industry, dedicated to providing safe, secure, and efficient services is seeking an experienced ITSM Reporting Specialist.


Role Overview:


As the ITSM Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and analysing our current reporting requirements and capabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a roadmap for uplifting reporting practices across our Support Services division.

By simplifying, automating, and improving reporting practices, you will provide actionable insights through the use of modern reporting methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct a thorough analysis of our current reporting capabilities and requirements.
  • Design and develop intuitive and highvalue dashboards and reports related to IT Service Management and Service Performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders, and technical specialists to uplift reporting capabilities aligned with our corporate objectives.
  • Identify and implement the most appropriate reporting metrics across multiple platforms.
  • Streamline manual processes and automate reporting methodologies for increased efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data analysis and reporting across Support Services.
  • Analyse reported patterns and trends to drive service delivery improvements in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Prepare comprehensive service performance reports, presenting data and recommendations for enhancing service delivery.
  • Support the Chief Technology and Engineering Officer (CTEO) on analytical initiatives.
  • Undertake any other duties necessary to fulfill the role successfully.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in reporting and analytics of IT services, particularly within an ITIL framework (incident, problem change, availability, configuration, and service desk).
  • Proficiency in contemporary reporting tools such as PowerBI, ServiceNow Analytics, and Cognos.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in developing service reports in complex IT/OT environments with multiple management frameworks.
  • Established capability in data analytics and service delivery performance reporting in fastmoving operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and reporting within complex, geographically dispersed organisations.
  • High level of computer literacy and experience with information management systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management toolsets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an ITSMled Service Operations environment.
