Assistant Sales Manager to join our successful prestige sales team. We are searching for a high achiever with a proven track record in selling cars and over exceeding targets. We are looking for someone to help drive our team to new levels of success while maintaining our amazing working environment. Volvo is one of the leading Automotive Prestige brands in the world with goals to go fully electric in Australia by 2026 focusing on the future, sustainability, and safety.

What we are looking for:

Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
Knowledge of motor dealership systems
Conflict resolution skills
Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline

What the role entails:

Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives
Help Sales Manager ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
Keep Dealer Sockets diary up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally
