About the role at Cashrewards

Reporting to the Operations Website Administrator Team Leader, you will be part of a fun, highly-driven and dedicated team that's customer obsessed.

This is an entry level position to this team where you will be assisting in the onboarding of new partner stores, updating the back-end of the front-facing website, and monitoring communications between external clients and the wider Client Services and Operations Team.

The role is pivotal to the smooth flow of information between internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to utilise problem solving skills and work both individually, and as a team.

Responsibilities

Process Management and Ongoing Improvement
Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity

Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights

Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals

$50, $120,000.00 per year
