  • Clerk Grade 7/8. Base salary $101,947 to $112,849 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the team

The Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) supports the CEO through management of strategic projects, support and coordination of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and management of the agency's corporate property footprint.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team that evaluates, manages and delivers robust projects of operational and strategic importance to NSWTG.

You will work collaboratively across all divisions of NSWTG and the broader NSW Government to support the delivery of projects including business process improvement, regulation changes, and business planning for FY 2023/24.

  • About you
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in project support; specifically monitoring, analysis and reporting.

- co-ordinating and summarising information from multiple stakeholders to develop a whole of agency response.
- data analysis and interpreting data to identify trends and inform project and policy advice.
- able to adapt and respond quickly in changing situations.
- strong written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work autonomously but also in a team environment to deliver results.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop strong working relationships.
  • Essential requirements
  • All roles in NSWTG require a willingness to have phone calls monitored for monitoring and training purposes.
