The Job
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Managing complaints across all financial services products
Ensuring all clients requests are actioned within SLA
Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution
Collating information and presenting facts to Team Leader where necessary
Liaising with various internal departments to ensure continuous improvements

You.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

Min 12 months experience in a dedicated Internal Disputes Resolution role within financial services
Experience working within the Banking & Finance sector is essential
Ability to think quickly and tailor solutions to suit the individual needs of the client
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a calm and steady approach
