Job Description:

Role Purpose and Summary


The purpose of this role is to provide overall support to the Finance team in respect of accounts payable, daily banking, month-end process and various tasks to meet its accounting and reporting obligations.

Key Accountabilities

Daily Banking - Daily processing and reconciling of customer receipts, refunds, and various payments.


Accounts payable - Processing invoices, update and maintain vendor data base in a timely manner, and report on aged payables.

Month-end process - Preparation of month-end reconciliations and reporting.
Audits - Contribute to internal/external audits reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate Documentation - Maintain accurate finance documentation and records at all times.
High Quality and Accurate Communication - Communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing assistance when required.
Process Improvement - Contribute to d rive process improvement and automation in regards to Finance department.

Projects and Team Support - provide project and other support across the whole Finance team and wider NobleOak as required.

Delivery focus - Strive to meet or exceed all metrics and KPIs.

Capabilities

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Extensive use of Microsoft Office and in particular hold intermediate MS Excel skills
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (desirable)

Experience & Qualifications

2+ years Accounts experience.
Accounting / Finance Degree would be highly regarded.
