The Opportunity

As a Professional Planner, you will:

  • Prepare Planning, site assessments and due diligence reports
  • Communicate with Spiire team members and / or clients to articulate recommendations for the site or land use to allow based on original assessments prepared
  • Negotiate successful outcomes when there is diverging opinions

Desired Skills and Experience:


About You:


  • Minimum two years' relevant post graduate experience, coupled with relevant Bachelor Degree Qualification
  • Excellent record in project delivery
  • Experience in problem solving across projects
  • Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline (desired)
  • Membership and professional registration with a relevant professional body (desired)
  • International experience in high density environment (desired)
  • A willingness to stay uptodate with changes in the planning policy framework across Victoria
  • Experience in a consulting firm (desired)
