The Opportunity

As a Professional Planner, you will:

Prepare Planning, site assessments and due diligence reports
Communicate with Spiire team members and / or clients to articulate recommendations for the site or land use to allow based on original assessments prepared
Negotiate successful outcomes when there is diverging opinions

Desired Skills and Experience:

About You:

Minimum two years' relevant post graduate experience, coupled with relevant Bachelor Degree Qualification
Excellent record in project delivery
Experience in problem solving across projects
Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline (desired)
Membership and professional registration with a relevant professional body (desired)
International experience in high density environment (desired)
A willingness to stay uptodate with changes in the planning policy framework across Victoria
Experience in a consulting firm (desired)
