Description
Are you an HR Practitioner with experience and expertise in early intervention, injury management and employee wellbeing? Do you have a proven record of working with employees and Managers to drive solution focused outcomes? If so, then we would love to hear from you.
The People, Capability and Culture Branch is looking for an experienced HR Practitioner to join the Safety and Wellbeing team.
Including working with rehabilitation case managers, workplace rehabilitation providers, Directorate managers, and injured workers to achieve strategic return to work outcomes.
You would also support the team with continuous improvement of CSD's early intervention and wellbeing frameworks, including identification of trends based on collection, analysis and reporting of incident, hazard, and risk data, and providing general advice on work health and safety matters.
