What is the role about?

To provide effective administrative support to Unisson's client services leadership teams, whilst implementing administrative systems and processes to ensure ongoing continuous improvement.


  • Support and perform administrative requirements for the client services leadership (Shared Living & Community Services) as directed by the relevant Regional Manager.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Data entry and reporting i.e. generating reports from our client management systems.
  • Support with expense management systems.
  • Respond to requests from Finance, Property and Fleet i.e. vehicle logs, registrations, maintenance support.
  • Support with coordinating training attendance in conjunction with Unisson's Learning & Development team.
  • Managing regional office logistics.
  • Provide administrative support for any IT needs as arising.
