Duties and responsibilities include:


  • Review and underwrite new business submissions and maintain policy renewal book.
  • Document and manage all opportunities accurately and proactively.
  • Write referrals and articulate risks to senior underwriters as required.
  • Collaborate in a team environment, supporting underwriters, assistants, and managers.
  • Liaise with brokers, claim handlers, and legal counsel and provide guidance.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisation and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Resultsoriented with strong initiative and ability to work independently.

Desirable:


  • Experience underwriting cyber and/or financial lines
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant class of business
