Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

Negotiate and problem solve with a diverse and highly invested clientele, moperating in a federated customer model.
Provide leadership in the development and delivery of targeted but systemminded strategies, analysis and assessment, and contribute to future focused planning and integration of program delivery.
Implement appropriate governance, investment and project management practices which are aligned with the QPS Project Management Framework.
Identify key delivery risks and provide expert review and guidance regarding risk management and mitigation in delivering the project and achieving the benefits.
Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure highquality, safe services and workplaces.
Collaborate with business partners on operational change and the impact assessment of such change on risk control frameworks, people, technology and processes.
Develop strategies, tactics and measures to resolve business performance and management issues, by leveraging available expertise in partnership with key stakeholders.
Align leadership, stakeholders (internal and external) and team members to the objectives of the Division.

Role Requirements
Mandatory

While there are no mandatory requirements for this role relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven project management experience within a large and complex organisation will be highly regarded.
