Your key accountabilities


The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Negotiate and problem solve with a diverse and highly invested clientele, moperating in a federated customer model.
  • Provide leadership in the development and delivery of targeted but systemminded strategies, analysis and assessment, and contribute to future focused planning and integration of program delivery.
  • Implement appropriate governance, investment and project management practices which are aligned with the QPS Project Management Framework.
  • Identify key delivery risks and provide expert review and guidance regarding risk management and mitigation in delivering the project and achieving the benefits.
  • Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure highquality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Collaborate with business partners on operational change and the impact assessment of such change on risk control frameworks, people, technology and processes.
  • Develop strategies, tactics and measures to resolve business performance and management issues, by leveraging available expertise in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Align leadership, stakeholders (internal and external) and team members to the objectives of the Division.
