About the Role

We are growing our Burwood team As a Retail Sales Assistant you will have a genuine desire to deliver meaningful customer service interactions and a thirst for success.

In this role there will be ample training and support provided with the opportunity to progress with the team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create authentic experiences in store
  • Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs
  • Demonstrate and show customers how to use relevant products
  • Support and motivate team members to collectively achieve store goals
  • Contribute to daily customer service targets
  • Maintain upkeep of the store
  • Cash reconciliation
