A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an Associate Adviser / Client Relationship Manager to join the Wealth Management Division of this highly successful Accounting Group.

This is a continually expanding business that pride themselves on their friendly and supportive working environment, as well as their superior levels of complex, holistic client advice to HNW clients.


Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation of Advice
  • Prepare basic financial modelling for one or multiple client strategies
  • Participate in client review meetings and prepare client advice file notes
  • Client meeting prep, and documentation of advice post meeting
  • Act as an intermediary between the client and the other stakeholders (insurance companies, fund managers, share registry etc)
  • Manage ongoing relationships with allocated client's pre and post meetings
  • Manage client data files
  • Assist Advisers in addressing and solving client queries, including strategy queries
  • Liaise with outsourced paraplanners to prepare Statements of Advice and Records of Advice

To be successful in this position you should have:

  • Previous experience gained from the Wealth Management industry. You may be an Associate already looking for a new environment, or perhaps you have been working in a Client Service / Implementation / Financial Planners Assistant role and be ready for the next step.
  • XPLAN experience preferred
  • Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) qualification preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The desire and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
