Industry leader, Chatoyer, now has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join their supportive team


About the Opportunity


One of Australia's leaders in industrial fabric solutions, Chatoyer, is now looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their successful sales team.

Chatoyer offers a range of solutions that solve environmental issues for various industries including construction, mining and manufacturing. The client base is comprised of resellers rather than end-users of their products.


Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work in conjunction with the Sales team, supporting their sales and quoting activities via quoting, follow ups and database administration.

As Chatoyer's Internal Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product/service information and support
  • Undertake the CRM sales process (including lead generation and followup outstanding quotes)
  • Communicate entry of client orders to Production Team or Warehouse
  • Establish appointments with clients and prospects
  • Receive, manage, or escalate customer complaints
  • Keep the CRM database up to date
  • Assist the Sales Team with reporting
  • Prepare documents for sales meetings

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have/be:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to determine client's needs and provide suitable recommendations for their benefit
  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise their own workload and meet deadlines


It is also highly desired if you have previous sales experience within the environmental sector, knowledge of environmental/industrial products, and/or a degree in a relevant field.
