As a Specialist UI Designer, you will drive and actively create the CommBank design language.

You will work closely with our UX designers and developers to design the UI ensuring a beautifully crafted and seamless experience across our assets.

Your ability to craft design that looks good while creating a connection with our customers will set you up for success in this role.

The Experience Chapter team is a centre of excellence which sits within in the CBA Retail arm of the business.

The team is comprised of UX Designers, UI Designers, UX Researchers, Usability and Accessibility experts. The team is responsible for the Groups online and mobile experiences.

On any given week you will

Manage 12 major projects autonomously with overview from the UI Design Lead
Design world class human centred experiences across a variety of our digital assets
Collaborate with other designers to define the problem space and translate design solutions into working prototypes
Actively contribute to evolving the CommBank Design Language
Mentor and grow individual designers

We are interested to hear from people who have

Highly developed user interface and interaction skills
Exceptional skills in Figma and Adobe Suite
Demonstrated experience creating functional prototypes
A curious mindset with an aptitude and passion for learning new skills in analytics, content, research and coding
An ability to confidently communicate with technical and engineering teams to realise final execution
