We are currently looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Manager to join our Engineering Services team within the Telstra Creator Space located in the University of Melbourne's innovation precinct, Melbourne Connect.

As a suitably qualified professional, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a student-centred, safe and efficient Creator Space service

Developing the future program of user training, workshops and events

Engaging with senior customer stakeholders within the Faculty of Engineering & IT

Interaction, guidance and engaging with users to aid skills development

Supporting a welcoming and inclusive maker culture

Report, curation, presentation and follow-through of actions

Ensuring continued quality accreditation, regulatory and legislative compliance

To be successful in the role of Customer Experience Manager you will need to bring with you:
Suitable degree level qualifications in Communications, Management, Commerce or Marketing

Effective stakeholder management and reporting experience

A strong desire to develop students and makers in a prototyping environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent project management and organisation skills in planning, managing and coordinating

The ability to solicit, support and coordinate efforts of a diverse team of professionals

A highly analytical and solution focused approach with exceptional attention to detail

Applicants MUST be eligible to obtain or hold a Baseline Australian Government Security Clearance.
