THE TEAM
The Planning & Analysis team drives performance reporting, analysis and forecasting for the Aus Bev business. We set the performance targets and everything we do enables performance and growth.

As trusted business advisors, we work with the business to unlock performance insights, drive strategic planning activities and forecasting, and help shape and formulate our 5 year plan.


THE ROLE


In this role you will effectively collaborate with Senior Finance Stakeholders leading CCEP's yearly business planning, budgeting and forecasting, continuing our journey to embed Channel Profitability and driving quality financial performance & insights across the Australian business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Guiding Senior Leadership in annual business planning activities, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of performances against business plans.
  • Articulate key business drivers, provide critical insights to drive debate, and deliver valueadd analysis of all the Australian Business products and services for senior Leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain Business Partners as well as Finance Operations stakeholders to orchestrate the annual budgeting and control processes for the CCEP Australian Business.
  • Responsible for leading Australian Business's periodic P&L consolidation and contributing to corporate reporting processes by effectively partnering with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders as required.
  • Responsible for periodic analysis of variances of actuals, forecasts and business plans, deriving key insights to assist the CCEP Australian Business in adjusting strategies and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Effectively collaborate to drive the business forward on our Channel Profitability journey. Build and drive routines to embed Channel Profitability, develop financial and operational models in order to deliver outstanding insights to senior leaders of the Australian business.
  • Provide oversight and expertise across the Australian Business, on key strategic projects and enable decision making through data driven commercial advice.
  • Drive improvement and best practices for Australian Business's planning and forecasting processes, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, functionality and valuable insight
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with a range of stakeholders across the CCEP Organisation, including senior leadership of Group & Business Unit Finance, Treasury, Risk, Tax and various external advisors.
  • Responsible for serving as a Business Planning expert and Australian Business representative across the wider CCEP Group and Business Units to extract and realise relevant synergies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Indepth experience and knowledge of strategic & business planning processes, with a minimum of 8 10 years of experience, ideally in an FMCG environment
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required
  • Post graduate qualifications (CA/CFA/CPA) preferred
  • Strong understanding of CCEP's competitive landscape, commercial drivers and industry foresight
  • Strong complex problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience, specifically in presenting information and advice to senior leadership
  • Experience in coordinating strategic priorities and agendas across multiple stakeholders and drive sustainable change in a large organisation
  • Should be a highly resilient person with positive attitude, proactive, open, honest, cooperative, fast learner and works well under pressure
