The role entails a six-day work week with a base salary plus commission, and you will receive training from one of there top-performing sales agents.

While some experience is preferred, what matters most is your drive and determination.


Primary responsibilities include, but are not confined to:

  • Listing and selling properties
  • Engaging in prospecting and cold calling
  • Communicating with vendors and buyers
  • Conducting open for inspections
  • Coordinating with solicitors
  • Implementing property marketing strategies
  • Driving business development efforts

Essential characteristics for a successful Salesperson:

  • Minimum 6 months in Real Estate
  • A current Agent's Representative certificate
  • A Car & Drivers Licence
  • Ambition to succeed
  • Patient, positive attitude and great people skills
  • Selfmotivated, knowledgeable and selfdisciplined
