Our client is a highly regarded commercial real estate agency. Currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a business that is growing from strength to strength.


The Position

  • Manage a portfolio of mixeduse properties predominantly commercial with some industrial and retail
  • Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
  • Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
  • Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations, and refurbishments.
  • Prospecting for new business.
  • Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties

The Criteria

  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 + years of experience managing a commercial portfolio a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to step into their own portfolio
  • Current Real Estate Registration
  • You will be selfmotivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills (extensive knowledge in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel)
