POSITION
We have a full-time position of Customer Service Lead with a freight forwarding company in Cowandilla SA 5033.


RESPONSIBILITIES


As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will partner with your team and allocated clients to develop and grow client business whilst supporting all customer service functions including claim handling, problem solving, complaint management and other customer services.

Working alongside a supportive Sales and Customer Service Team, you will focus and excel in driving initiatives and continuous improvements through:


  • Developing and managing relationships with your customer service team and clients and overseeing their accounts.
  • Build strategies to drive business growth opportunities within the customer portfolio.
  • Providing exceptional standards of customer service through team activities and SOP's.
  • Ensure the delivery on client reporting requirements as per agreed terms & conditions.
  • Interacting with internal departments, overseas offices and agents, vendors, and clients to ensure a smooth transition for true door to door service.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

As a talented and experienced Customer Service Team Lead, having a working experience within freight forwarding your responsibilities, skills and qualifications will include:

  • Proven account management experience within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Completed degree (Bachelors or Masters) within international trade; supply chain desirable.
  • As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will learn and demonstrate expertise in all company service offerings, providing support and guidance to your team members and customer accounts to ensure a streamlined supply chain process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with clients to achieve the best outcome for both parties.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Proven problemsolving skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven relationship building skills.
  • A cando attitude, passionate, and a willingness to learn.

SALARY
The salary offered will be $65,000 per annum.
