About the role


The Quality & Improvement Partner will work with services across Grampians Health to promote quality, innovation and improvement activities to deliver safe, effective, connected, person-centred care.

You will model and promote evidence-based approaches to quality improvement and innovation, while working collaboratively with key stakeholders across all areas at Grampians Health.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Undertake a range of quality improvement activities;
  • Provide written reports and data for relevant committees;
  • Support and facilitate staff use of the Governance documentation system;
  • Promote the use of data to inform improvement and innovation; and
  • Develop and administer quality audit tools and surveys using the auditing platform.

Skills and experience

You will have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health practitioner with AHPRA;
  • Quality and improvement experience or qualifications would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of quality systems and processes;
  • Knowledge of information technology systems;
  • The ability to provide timely guidance and feedback to develop the knowledge and skills of others;
  • Knowledge and ability in producing high quality written reports; and
  • Experience evaluating data, systems and processes.
  • Consumer and stakeholder engagement experience
