ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure smooth IT operations and support is provided to the business
  • Maintain, support, troubleshoot onsite hardware
  • Act as first point of contact for IT helpdesk: Log, resolve, escalate incidents and requests
  • Prepare and maintain documentation necessary to ensure key information is readily available and accurate
  • Network trouble shooting
  • Work closely with the IT team to improve IT operations and processes

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • High level computer literacy and problemsolving skills
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well organized and proactive approach to customer service
  • Experience working with vendors and acting as liaison between the business
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles
  • The ability to travel around to Unisson offices
