ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure smooth IT operations and support is provided to the business
Maintain, support, troubleshoot onsite hardware
Act as first point of contact for IT helpdesk: Log, resolve, escalate incidents and requests
Prepare and maintain documentation necessary to ensure key information is readily available and accurate
Network trouble shooting
Work closely with the IT team to improve IT operations and processes

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High level computer literacy and problemsolving skills
High level of adaptability and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well organized and proactive approach to customer service
Experience working with vendors and acting as liaison between the business
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
5+ years of experience in IT support roles
The ability to travel around to Unisson offices
