ABOUT THE COMPANY
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Assistant Fund Manager the Fund Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing fund models, undertaking analysis of potential investment opportunities, performance analysis and preparation of fund reporting.
DUTIES
- Develop & manage Fund models, scenario analysis, forecasting model and income statement cashflows
- Undertake analysis of potential investment opportunities including modelling of various asset strategies
- Develop models to ascertain portfolio facts to assist in setting priorities to enhance investment returns
- Assist in preparation of Fund reporting requirements, (quarterly, half yearly and annual reports, investor & investment commit
- Assist in responding to adhoc capital partner queries and provision of financial models
- Undertake attribution/research analysis (including waterfall charting) to identify investment opportunities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in property, finance, or commerce
- An understanding of the investment drivers of the property investment management and ideally fund strategy setting
- Previous experience as an investment analyst preferred with proven 'value add' skills in investment decision making
- Property experience highly regarded
- Circa 35 years post graduate experience
