Due to an exciting phase of tech transformation in our People & Inclusion function, we are searching for an accomplished and experienced Learning / Shared Services professional to join our Sydney team, as a Manager.


As a Learning Operations Manager, you'll manage our shared services Learning Operations team - they are our team who ensure the logistics for the successful execution of our world class learning programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with our Capability, Leadership & Talent (CLT) team to resource for the pipeline of learning programmes, ensuring Service level Agreement's (SLA) are met, and coaching and leading the Learning Operations team.


Main responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of learning coordinators/consultants and a team leader
  • Managing and coaching the team to drive performance and process enquiries within agreed SLA
  • Monitoring tickets and analytics through ServiceNow
  • Managing and resolving escalations with stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with the wider CLT team to define the service offering
  • Process improvement; continually looking at how the teams processes and tasks can be optimised and ensuring the documentation remains fully up to date.
To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience leading others within a fast-paced shared services team-
  • Experience working within a Learning team and with a Learning Management System (Success Factors would be advantageous)-
  • Strong management of stakeholders-
  • Experience utilising data and insights to help inform actions and solution-
