RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
Consult and engage at all levels of the business to build and develop appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.

Operations Management:

Implement and maintain effective systems for project management, reporting, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

SKILLS

Previous experience in healthcare highly desirable.
Proven experience in business development or a related role.
Strong understanding of operational processes and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
