- Ensure security measures are maintained across classified facilities in the Williamtown region and enforce compliance with approved local security policies and procedures.
- Support contractual security requirements for Special Access Program (SAP) administration or processing where assigned.
- Offer operational security guidance to local site management and employees.
- Conduct regular security awareness training to ensure adherence to changes in customer and program requirements.
- Manage the issue and control of facility access IDs and passes.
- Blend of industry and defense experience in engineering, technical, or maintenance environments.
- Experience in executing both Physical Security and Information Assurance Security requirements as per the Defense Security Policy Framework (DSPF) and the Information Security Manual (ISM).
- Proficiency in Defense security clearance processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of Type 1A and commercial alarm systems, monitored access controls, and systems.
- Completion and acceptance of Security Advisor training by the Defense Security & Vetting Agency (DS&VS).
- Participation in DS&VS Assessing and Protecting Official Information Course.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (especially in Security).
- Hold relevant certifications or professional security memberships.
- Extensive experience working in compliance with Defense Industrial Security Program (DISP) requirements.
