Internal Sales- Contract review
- All client orders (contracts for the purpose of goods and services) shall be reviewed prior to acceptance. The contract review process shall as a minimum, document the review and acceptance of client account information, pricing, lead time, part detail, delivery detail, request date, promise date and where necessary planning for special production and delivery.
- Order Entry
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of sales orders and successful pass of demand though SAP production system ensuring accurate handover and liaison with the operations team and other areas of our business.
- Sales Quotations
- Assisting external sales team though creation and communication of C4C quotations to customers, particularly for low value or PL standard items.
- Service Quotations and support
- Assisting our external sales and service departments through the administration of the commercial aspect of service orders.
- Customer Service
- Responding to every customer inquiry and maintaining high level of communication and support through the entire sales and distribution chain to lead to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Order Book Management
- Ensuring status of open order book is reviewed frequently and thoroughly with the intent to maintain control over commitments to customers. Communication and teamwork with operations team to review and solve any issues.
- Support to external sales
- Ensure that support is delivered in a manner to allow external salesperson to maximise client facing and sales time, including but not limited to review of product sales history, finding costs, RRP, searching for stock and liaison with all aspects of JCA business while salesperson is outofoffice.
- Be accountable for all commercial aspects of the SAP order book.
- Be accountable for customer service and satisfaction of your area.
- Providing information relating to the progression of orders and sales on an as required basis.
- Maintenance of files and contract data, particular storage of sales contracts.
- Maintenance of all records of communication with clients.
Salary:
Up to $73,000.00 per year
