An exciting opportunity currently exists to join our customer service team in Macquarie Park as a Customer Service Coordinator for a 10 month fixed term full time contract.

We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

This is a hybrid role, once you are fully trained it can be a mix of working in the office and home (if preferred).

Key responsibilities

Allocate, schedule, and manage all service tickets
Quote and seek approval for billable service work
Manage the Zeiss customer and equipment database in the CRM
Close collaboration with the Field Service Engineers to schedule, manage and close service tickets

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, office administration support role
Exceptional customer service skills, including professional telephone manner, attentiveness, and patience
Previous SAP Experience is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
Selfmanaged individual able to work with mínimal supervision
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and database management
Ability to learn basic technical features and common faults to assist customers with basic trouble shooting
