Job Summary:

Citiguard is looking of Customer Service Assistant to help our alarm and CCTV department. This a full-time roll, Monday to Friday role 0900 to 1730

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Assisting our Service Manger.
• Stock Control, faulty returns, ordering equipment.
• Assisting clients with alarm problems.
• Working with our field technicians.
• Checking system fault reports.

Preferred experience either:

• Experience in working the electronic security industry.
• Security equipment supplier.
• Be passionate and ambitious to learn new products and skills.
• Have company loyalty.
• Be focused on customer satisfaction.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
