As part of the Laboratories division the Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for leading the Laboratory team to support the concrete, precast and quarry divisions by upholding quality assurance measures and by following standards to ensure Wagners products have the utmost integrity and procedure compliance.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading a team of Laboratory Technicians and supporting them throughout their duties including planning tasks, etc.
  • Testing product according to meet standards
  • Sampling, casting, measuring, weighing and crushing concrete specimens and cylinders
  • This position will see you progressing to field work where you will travel to different local sites to fill moulds and specimens then return to the lab to test the product

Requirements:


  • You prioritise safety, integrity, environment and quality when completing testing
  • Experience in a similar position within the laboratory industry
  • Experience leading others or a passion to begin leading
  • High levels of attention to detail
