An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Advisor to contribute to our strategic business plan and key people initiatives
About the Role
Our People & Culture team are currently seeking a professional to support the business through providing high quality, accurate and timely HR advice, administrative and support services to ensure the delivery of People and Culture (P&C) services, initiatives, projects, and reporting activities across the wider business supporting ~5000 people.

Key Responsibilities
This opportunity will suit an individual with a broad HR generalist background.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Act as first point of contact for peoplerelated queries by actioning, escalating or triaging queries as appropriate
- Deliver high quality, accurate and timely HR advice and support to employees and managers
- Deliver administrative, coordination and support services in the delivery of employee lifecycle and P&C cyclical activities
- Promote selfservice through educating and coaching all employees and managers on how to use the relevant tools and systems (e.g. Workday, Instream, StreamLife)
- Develop and maintain influential and collaborative working relationships with the P&C Centres of Excellence
- Support the development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures and processes to ensure people management practices
- Support key P&C initiatives or projects that focus on building capability, efficiency, engagement and organisational development initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong HR generalist background, with business partner experience and approach.
- Experience in HRIS (preferably Workday) is desirable
- Knowledge of current practice and relevant legislation related to the delivery of people services
- Ability to build relationships quickly and confidently with managers and employees
- Ability to deal with difficult stakeholders and provide where empathy and discretion is required
- Strong research, analysis, and problemsolving skills with the ability to logical decisions within a given timeframe
