About The firm:

A centrally located multi-faceted firm is searching for a talented and driven Manager to join our Business Services and Tax team.

This is an exceptional chance for a strong Senior or Supervisor ready to take the next step, or a current Manager seeking a fresh start in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

As a Manager within our Business Services and Tax team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing an awesome team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of business services accountants
Conducting reviews and overseeing Work in Progress (WIP)
Preparing financial statements and tax returns for a variety of entities
Managing a portfolio of clients and providing valueadded services
Preparing BAS/IAS and assisting with budgets and cashflows
Collaborating and liaising with clients, managers, and key stakeholders

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

4-5+ years of experience within Australian Public Practice
Strong technical tax expertise
CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable but not necessary
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Resultsdriven with the ability to plan and coordinate workloads to exceed deadlines and targets
