About the role
You will be the frontline link to our multicultural, fast-paced community.

You are the face of our institution, responsible for maintaining a professional and student-centric presence in person, online and over the phone.

This dynamic integral role provides essential administrative support to our team, contributing to the efficient daily functioning of the campus.


Responsibilities include:

  • Student Data Updates in Student Management System; Student ID Card Ordering
  • Health and Safety Compliance and Audits
  • Facility & Workplace Maintenance
  • Engage contractors for the repair and maintenance of campus facilities; Ensure cleanliness of reception area
  • Maintain and replenish First Aid and Pandemic kits.
  • Administrative Support: Accurately complete meeting minutes, correspondence, and respond to requests for information within specified timeframes; stationery management
  • Event Organisation: Assist in the organization of campus events, catering setup
  • Visitor reception, telephone call management, visitor log maintenance, mail handling
  • Classroom Setup and IT Support to teaching staff when needed

About You

  • Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite:
Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse community
  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solutionoriented attitude
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the tertiary education sector is advantageous
  • Desire/commitment to work onsite, fulltime in the office
