About the Role

The Client Success Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire development process, including Strategy, Creative, and Production, to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions that achieve desired outcomes.

They maintain a personable, professional, and honest approach when interacting with clients.

As the primary point of contact, they manage multiple clients, building strong relationships and effectively managing client expectations throughout the delivery of business solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage client communications, expectations, and issues throughout their engagement, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience with Andzen.
  • Manage the quality of deliverables for clients, including strategy, creativity, and production, by providing internal quality assurance feedback.
  • Assist in making updates or building deliverables as a team when needed.
  • Work with clients to identify and understand their business requirements.
  • Review and monitor the performance of business solutions to ensure they meet Andzen standards and function effectively and efficiently.
  • Problemsolving issues that arise in client services, including proactive identification, implementation of solutions, and collaboration with relevant teams to resolve issues and manage client expectations and concerns.
  • Manage client budgets and oversee the performance of client work in line with time and budget commitments.
  • Present reports to clients and collaborate with them to help them understand the performance of services provided.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to maximise the effectiveness of business solutions for clients, identifying improvement opportunities and additional solutions.
  • Work with the sales team to identify client growth opportunities and support the Client Strategy Manager in securing client renewals.
  • Actively contribute to the development of new operational processes at Andzen, aiming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to clients.

Experience

  • At least 12 years of customer success experience, preferably in a tech company
  • Experience using software to achieve technical solutions

Shift Time:


  • 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
