Job Description:
Position Summary


The Parts Interpreter is responsible for partnering with our customers to ensure they get the right part, at the right place, at the right time.

They do this by providing exceptional customer service in our customer call centre, entering orders into our ERP, liaising with logistics companies to track orders, and working with our internal team to provide accurate ETAs to customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Prior Parts interpreting experience preferred.
  • Previous industry experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, pays attention to detail.
  • Be highly driven, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • Able to work under pressure, Resultsorientated and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work closely within a small team.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Outlook).


Position Qualifications- Provide specialist, timely advice and aid to our internal and external customers.- Maintain Service Level delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.- Timely follow up of Parts Orders in transit, liaising with transport companies to track orders.- Daily communication to our customers to inform of any updates on dispatch of goods. Upsell parts and accessories to our customers by providing a one stop shop service.
