We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Opal Packaging Plus (OPP) team as a Customer Service Officer based at our Truganina, VIC site.


Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business that has been delivering packaging solutions to Australian businesses for more than 40 years.

A member of the Opal Group, an innovative, renewable packaging company with operations in Australia and New Zealand, we combine our national footprint and global connections with our expert knowledge and strategic supplier relationships to deliver affordable packaging consumable solutions to suit every customer.


This role is part of a team responsible for servicing Opal Packaging Plus customer requirements and provision of sales support.


The key aspects of this role are:

  • Placing and processing orders
  • Listening to the customer and resolving any complaints
  • Some basic accounting and general administration duties

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

  • Previous experience in a role dealing with customers
  • The ability to actively listen to the customer and resolve any issues in a patient and calm manner
  • The ability to work on outlook as well as our inhouse ERP system
