About the role


The Op Shop Balwyn Store Manager is responsible for the creating a visually appealing and welcoming environment encouraging customers to the store and enjoy a positive customer experience.

You will be responsible for stock layout and space management, the rostering of volunteers to ensuring all shifts are covered and the overall success of the store.

This is a part time role with 50 hours per fortnight.

About you


You will have a flair for fashion and creative presentation skills, you will be an enthusiastic positive leader guiding volunteers to have fun.

Your nature will be warm and welcoming for customers.


Skills and experience:

Previous experience in a charity Shop management role maintaining stock, store presentation and pricing, generating sales.
Outstanding merchandising and visual presentation skills
Experience leading a team of volunteers rostering, supervision and development.
Experienced in customer service and creating and engaging customer experience.
Desire to support/mentor people with a disability to gains retails skills.
Must have a NDIS Screening Clearance or willing to obtain.
