Protech are currently looking for
Experienced Leading Hands to perform work with our client in the Liverpool area on a major civil project.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Immediate Start
Monday to Friday and Saturday's as required

- $42p/h + Overtime + Allowances + Superannuation

Up to 12 months remaining on Stage
Weekly Pay
Experienced and reliable team to support you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Supervisor and Superintendent in organising and supervising onsite crew
Ensure day to day operations run effectively and safely
Provide handson support and guidance to the team consisting of labouring and/or machine operating where required
Exceptional attention to detail
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Full Australian Working Rights
Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
Construction White Card
Minimum 12 months experience in civil earthworks or structures
Interest in committing to a job with long term engagement
Leadership qualities developing and supporting people
Good work ethic with a cando attitude
RMS / Road experience (preferred but not essential)
Plant tickets (preferred but not essential)
Rail Industry Worker card (RIW preferred not essential)
