About the Role:


As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be on the showroom floor as the face of the brand, bringing the designs of your customer's dreams to life.

Due to your extensive background designing and managing ideas from conception to delivery, you will be highly successful in achieving sales results and customer satisfaction.

Managing and exceeding client expectations will come naturally to you, and your ability to build important relationships will extend into your confidence working with suppliers and builders.

The most important facet of your role will be to create and close sales.

As a Sales and Design Consultant in this business your success is integral to the overall company results, and you will thrive in this results-driven environment.


About You:


  • Proven background in either Kitchens, Bathrooms or any Interior Design related role
  • A consultative sales approach focused on sales results
  • Highly organised with great time management skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Be able to interpret building plans and understand customer's requirements in order to provide a quote
  • Ability to design, quote and deliver highly profitable projects on time
  • Have industryrelated experience using Microsoft software and CAD design
  • Retail Sales experience ESSENTIAL
  • Able to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment
  • Available to work every Saturday and enjoy another day off during the week
