Responsibilities:
- Delivering highquality training and assessment services to apprentices and students in the fitting and machining field.
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and students to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry bodies, and other stakeholders in the mechanical trade sector.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Keep uptodate with industry developments and changes in legislation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the mechanical trade industry, with a strong technical background in fitting and machining.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical trade and machining, such as a Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Mechanical Trade).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent. Training will be provided if required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and professional development.
