About the role
The Consumer and Carer workforce is an integral component of the Spectrum and this exciting role has been developed specifically for people with lived experience of mental health issues including Borderline Personality Disorder.
The role will be based at the Statewide Services building, located in Richmond and will be part of the lived experience workforce team.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Have lived experience as a family member, friend carer / support person for someone with a diagnosis of personality disorder
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
