As a senior clinician in aged care, your experience has equipped you to drive innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices

A strong verbal and written communicator, you are skilled in establishing effective working relationships centred on building leader's capability through partnership. Highly-competent in reporting, you have a proven ability to dissect problems and conduct root-cause analysis to determine key drivers, mitigate risk, and implement solutions accordingly

With an in-depth knowledge of the aim and expectations of the Single Quality Framework and Aged Care Safety Commission, your skills have enabled you to navigate the complexities of current and emerging Aged Care Legislation, driving innovations across multiple services accordingly
