Job summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of Catch-e customers and help them get maximum value from the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive product adoption through training, enablement and usage reviews
  • Proactively monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts
