We succeed in achieving this through a combination of caring services like food provision, social welfare and education support._
Opportunity
As we are growing our team and services, our Chief Operating Officer ('COO'), requires a supportive force behind her.
This position comprises of handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, diary management, event management and providing assistance with a range of administrative duties aimed at optimising the COO's time for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Some of the things you will do
- Provide high quality standard of professional administration support to the COO, ensuring they are wellprepared and informed about scheduled commitments and engagements.
- Proactively reschedule meetings to address changing priorities or to enable the COO to respond to ad hoc critical issues as they arise. Keeping all relevant parties informed.
- Responsible for document management control and implementing processes and procedures as required, maintaining relevant contact lists, databases and filing systems.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of activities and current projects, taking action on all matters requiring the COO's attention.
- Be the main force and coordinator behind all events, ensuring that the COO is kept in the loop at all stages
- Attend all meetings as requested, taking minutes at all meetings, ensuring absolute attention to detail, with little to no editing required.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and other Admin related software.
- Excellent data and record management.
