- 24Month | Daily Rate Contract
who are seeking a 'Group People Change Manager' to work on the roll-out of the internal talent marketplace.
In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing change management strategies across the talent marketplace platform.
Drive impactful change in a large global transformation program that touches every aspect of the organisation - from people and processes to technology.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record in facilitating the development and implementation of Talent management frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in the implementation of a global internal talent marketplace.
- Oversee the shift to unified learning platforms like Workday Learning and transferring current content to enrich organisational capability.
- Ability to craft and implement talent management frameworks, with a focus on nurturing leadership skills throughout the organisation.
- Contribute a proactive "cando" approach to a crossfunctional, agile team handling the intricacies of the global transformation program
- Collaborate with program and business stakeholders to design and implement change management plans
- Ensure alignment across workstreams, functions, and regions to deliver integrated change effectively
- Collaborate effectively with program change managers within the Integrated Change Workstream
- Offer valuable input on the strategic direction of the initiative, focusing on change management perspectives
- Manage the creation of communication, learning, and engagement materials.
- Engage and onboard key stakeholders, fostering support for the execution and adoption of change initiatives
- Create change impact assessments and readiness strategies, adjusting plans as required
- Promote ownership and facilitate change by leveraging influence and relationships.
- Establish supportive change networks and coach leaders in the effective use of change tools
To be considered you will have:
- 2-5 Years proven expertise in navigating People, Process, and Technology change.
- Must have demonstrated success in guiding the creation and execution of Talent management frameworks.
- Experience in initiating internal talent marketplace, along with related career and learning prospects, is highly desirable.
- Exposure to overseeing largescale GLOBAL system implementations. Workday exposure highly regarded
- Effective collaboration with Enterprise Communications, Learning, Content teams, and external vendors
- Demonstrated adeptness in Agile principles and practices, a distinct advantage.
- Sharp judgment and decisionmaking prowess in project, people, and business contexts, ensuring successful outcomes
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with challenging situations
- Exceptional influencing skills, attention to detail and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong ability to work through periods of ambiguity and understand complex issues to support business understanding and delivery
