The Role


If you are an EL 1 Grants Manager with experience in leading the development, delivery, coordination, planning and assessment of grants.

Experience in developing and managing project plans and experience in program development and implementation, then this may be the role you are looking for.


Duties

  • Leading the management of grants including developing and executing Letters of Agreement and
  • Providing advice and information to grant applicants and other external stakeholders on the funding processes, guidelines, and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Driving governance responsibilities, including grant and data reporting.
  • Leading the development and delivery of key strategies to support the high quality functioning of the grants program, such as risk plans, assurance approaches and communications strategies.
  • Contributing to ongoing improvement of processes to refine internal policies, procedures and grant management systems.
  • Maintaining a contemporary and current knowledge of grants administration processes.

Do You Have?

  • Significant knowledge of government grants systems and processes.
  • Experience in leading the development, delivery, coordination, planning and assessment of grants.
  • Experience in developing and managing project plans.
  • Experience in program development and implementation.
