mecwacare is seeking an experienced Op Shop Coordinator to join the team. This position will be responsible and accountable for the coordination and performance of our Windsor Opportunity Shop.

The Op Shop Coordinator will also liaise with our marketing department to promote the shop through social and other media.

What you bring:

Relevant recent experience in the overall management of Opportunity Shops, areas of retail, marketing and merchandising.
Experience working with volunteers.
Excellence in customer service.
Good financial and analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills.
Experience in occupational health and safety systems.
Current Australian or Victorian Driver's Licence.
