Our client is a successful privately-owned Commercial agency established as a leader in retail leasing in the Perth market.

Renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they have worked on an impressive list of key projects and manage an ever-expanding portfolio.

They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, motivated and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational, the team is focused and highly capable.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team in delivering best practice management services and build upon their excellent relationship management reputation.

The role will be dedicated to one sophisticated client, overseeing a key mixed portfolio with a focus on high class international retail.

The role will be hybrid - split between an onsite CBD office, and the agency's CBD office location.
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:

Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants
Lease renewals and negotiations
Financial management including budgets and monitoring arrears
Tenancy schedules and market rent reviews

You will have attained your WA sales registration and have experience within Commercial property management, ideally with experience overseeing a retail portfolio.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success.

With advanced negotiation, valuing ability, and critical thinking skills you will also have a current driver's license and a reliable car.
