The role:


Technology Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing Technology governance, with a remit to set overarching policies, standards, processes, procedures and guidelines for Technology.


Responsibilities:

***- Maintain and manage the Technology Risk Management processes and to ensure alignment to APAC's Enterprise Risk Management framework.

  • Facilitate Technology risk assessments, analysis and monitor risk mitigation to ensure effectiveness of remediations.
  • Responsible for managing internal/external Technology audits, including formulating appropriate risk management/remediation actions.
  • Works closely with Technology staff members who engage and manage suppliers, in an advisory capacity and monitors overall supplier performance.
  • Develop and manage the Third Party IT Risk Management processes and assessments.
  • Lead Technology aspects of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery capabilities and activities.
  • Develops comprehensive Technology dashboards/metrics to govern program effectiveness.

Experience/ Skills required:


  • Bachelor degree Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology governance and risk management.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Technology supplier contracts, risks & performance management.
  • Professional certifications in governance, risk, compliance, security, or resiliency are preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to communicate risk and technical issues in business digestible terms.
  • Rigorous attention to detail in all work activities.
  • Prior experience in airport operational systems would be beneficial.
