About the Role:

The Executive Assistant assists the Directors in the execution of their role through the provision of professional, confidential and high-level administrative support and plays a support role in the production and coordination of timely and accurate correspondence, reports, briefing notes and advice whilst ensuring efficient records management processes are followed.

The incumbent will also provide a range of high-level administrative support services to the Native Vegetation, Pastoral Land Management and Landscape Services branch; and the Planning, Heritage, Coast Protection and Dog and Cat Management branch.

This role contributes to the development and implementation of improvements to key administrative and business processes across the division.

Contract:
up to 3 years

Special Conditions:

May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties
Some out of hours work may be required
Intrastate travel including overnight absences may be required.

Remuneration:
$65,606 min - $69,919 max p.a., pro rata for part time hours.
